🆕 Nebraska Site (NE2):
The site experienced a transformer outage soon after energization. The onsite team was forced to de-rack and re-rack approximately 800 miners to a different part of the facility to minimize downtime. This effort consumed nearly all the resources on-site, leading to some delays in diagnostics and troubleshooting. We expect the technicians to switch back to normal operations this week, so we’ll have movement on our diagnostic backlog.
Ontario 1:
Last week, we experienced no curtailments, achieving 100% uptime and increasing machine utilization to 96%. On-site technicians continued to work on hashboard repairs for the miners. Furthermore, the changes we have made to our communication channel with the facility technicians are working well and leading to improved coordination and machine utilization.
Ohio 2:
Last week, maintenance was performed to enhance the site’s performance. We are also seeing reduced temperatures in the region, which has reduced the overheating issues at the site, resulting in a slight increase in machine utilization.
Texas 1:
While there were several instances of curtailment, the site's uptime improved to 95%, and machine utilization also improved marginally. The on-site team is actively addressing the list of miners requiring troubleshooting to enhance performance further.
Texas 5:
The regular curtailments in Texas are impacting the site’s ability to maintain high machine utilization. However, the on-site team continues to work diligently through the pending action items, and we remain optimistic that site utilization will improve.

The new Nebraska 2 site is up and running, with nearly 2,300 miners hashing to customers already. We have worked around the transformer issues by re-racking the miners to a different part of the facility. A very small number of TX3/NE1 relocation miners remain at the Denver Serice Centre, which will be deployed in small batches at our other partner facilities.
