Facility Updates

Indiana 1 & 2:

The facility is working to improve its ticket processing system to enhance communication between the on-site technicians and the remote monitoring team. The team is prioritizing pending diagnostics, addressing outstanding issues, and performing bolt-on repairs. At the same time, they are preparing faulty units for shipment to be repaired.

Nebraska 2:

The team is addressing network-related issues, working to optimize connectivity and ensure stable operations. At the same time, efforts are focused on troubleshooting non-hashing units to identify and resolve underlying issues. 

Ohio 2:

The team has completed the recent deracks of old-generation units and shifted focus to troubleshooting non-hashing units, diagnosing issues, and completing bolt-on repairs. These efforts are part of a broader initiative to maintain optimal operations and ensure the equipment remains in top condition.

Ontario:

The onsite team has successfully completed deracking units for RMA, ensuring timely dispatch. They are also consolidating the miners to improve efficiency and streamline operations, replacing fans to enhance cooling performance and prevent potential issues in the future, and ensuring that all systems continue to run smoothly and at peak performance.

Texas 5:

The onsite team is prioritizing pending diagnostics, and addressing issues to ensure thorough testing and prompt resolution of any problems. Additionally, they are performing bolt-on repairs. These efforts help optimize units, extend their lifespan, and ensure smooth functionality, all while minimizing downtime across the facility.

Relocation Updates

Texas 3 & Nebraska 1 Relocation

Approximately 1,000 units are being cleaned and tested, with plans for deployment in the coming weeks.

Texas 1 Relocation

We have begun deracking miners in preparation for their relocation to another Compass facility within the U.S. We expect the relocated miners to start coming online at their new facility beginning in January 2025.
