Facility Updates

Ontario 1: The facility has been experiencing overheating issues due to warmer weather conditions, affecting around 1000 units on-site. The on-site technicians are actively seeking solutions to enhance airflow and improve the utilization average to 97%. Additionally, they continue to de-rack retired miners to free up space for repaired units and the deployment of S21 units.

Ohio 2: The on-site technicians are actively engaging in the site expansion and redeployment of miners from Ohio 3, where the contract with the provider has recently ended.

Texas 1: We're collaborating with the facility's on-site technicians to ensure progress in the diagnostics queue and obtain approval for miners needing repair. The on-site team is currently redeploying relocation miners and deploying new S21 miners.

Curtailments & Outages:

Over the past week, downtime was observed at Minnesota 1 and Ontario 1, primarily due to maintenance activities. Meanwhile, Iowa 2, Texas 1, Texas 3, and Texas 5 carried out their scheduled curtailments in line with energy grid requirements. See the table below for the breakdown of downtime at each facility.

Antminer S21: We have upcoming S21 deployments in Ontario and Ohio 2 facilities in the coming weeks.

Relocation Updates

Texas 3 and Nebraska Relocation
To enhance our services and support, we have made the decision to relocate miners from Nebraska 1 and Texas 3 to other facilities. This strategic move aligns with our goal to optimize operations and effectively meet our expanding requirements. The first batch of relocation miners is scheduled to be shipped on June 3.

Indiana (Partial Relocation)
The miners are currently located in Texas 1 and awaiting redeployment. Once the redeployment process begins, updates will be sent to the affected customers.

Nevada
Last week, we redeployed approximately 500 miners in Texas 1. Customers have been notified regarding the status of their online miners.
