We achieved a 99.5% uptime last week, as Texas 5 was the only facility briefly curtailed. See the chart below for details.
Helpful links:
Indiana 1/2: We've observed reduced overheating issues due to improved airflow at the facility. Machine utilization has peaked at IN1 at 98.31%.
Minnesota 1: Our on-site technicians have been troubleshooting recently re-deployed repair miners. Some of the re-deployed miners are having issues and need to be re-diagnosed, and the on-site team is handling this backlog.
Texas 1: A large batch of relocation and repair miners were deployed into the new expansion at TX1. Unfortunately, some of these miners need further troubleshooting and repairs. After receiving confirmed diagnostics from the onsite technicians, we will contact customers with more information.
Texas 5: We’ve streamlined the facility's diagnostic and repair process, resulting in a 94% machine utilization and faster turnaround times for troubleshooting/diagnostics.
Last week, we only observed curtailments at Texas 5. There were three instances, averaging one hour offline on two occasions and eight hours on one occasion. All other sites remained online all week.
