Facility Updates

Nebraska 2:

Last week's bolt-on repairs are finished, and unit racking will occur shortly. Concurrently, the team is resolving the network and PDU issues and finalizing fan replacements.

Ohio 2:

Site utilization increased last week due to the onsite team's efforts. They identified and addressed several offline machines and areas requiring replacement fan blades and inverter parts. Additionally, they focused on containment strategies and site planning.

Texas 6:

A main transformer at the substation failed last week, causing a power outage across several containers. The onsite team addressed the problem and is ongoingly monitoring the units to guarantee consistent operation.

Relocation Updates

Texas 3 & Nebraska 1 Relocation

The relocation is nearing completion, with fewer than 30 of over 20,000 units remaining to be dispatched for redeployment.

Texas 1 Relocation

About 300 miners from Texas 1 are still pending relocation. All other Texas 1 miners have already been relocated to other facilities.

Manitoba 2 & Manitoba 9 Relocation

Miner relocation from Canada to the U.S. is being finalized, with an unconfirmed ETA. Customers who signed waivers are included; follow-ups sent to others. Miner swap offer updates will be provided upon unit availability in customer accounts.

Ontario 1 Relocation

All customers who opted to swap their miners have received their replacement miners. The remaining Ontario miners will be shipped across the border for redeployment in the United States.
