Summer mining is now here! Please note that all North America-based facilities are likely to experience heat related issues over the next few months as ambient temperatures surpass 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Follow the Compass Mining status page for site wide updates.

Please note the structure used below for all Compass products:

  • Facility updates: updates on any facility changes, including moving miners between locations, downtime or general information about one of Compass’s partner facilities
  • Deployment updates: updates on current deployments from manufacturers to Compass hosting locations

Facility Updates

Texas 5: The site is coming back online after repair work was completed Monday. Please expect the site to come up-and-down as further work is performed.

Florida 1: Certain units have been pulled from the site for transfer to Texas 5, following cleaning at our Denver Service Center. All clients affected were contacted via email.

Indiana 1 & 2: Site heat issues are being actively addressed through airflow work.

Deployment Updates

Bundles:

LoneStar 2: No additional units were deployed last week. Unit 6 is 75% deployed. Deployments will continue as units are energized in Texas 3 and Texas 5.

Next Generation Bundle and/or S19 XP Single Orders: No additional units were deployed last week. Remaining orders remain on standby. Unit allocations may go to alternative sites, depending on the best timeline for units to be energized.

Singles:

Antminer S19j Pro 100TH – Texas Sept. 2022: No additional units were deployed last week. Batch is 91% Deployed. Deployments will continue as units are energized in Texas 3, with 90 left to deploy.

Relocation Updates

South Carolina 2 Relocation: 1,200 units are now on-site, minus a cohort of Whatsminers still being processed at our Denver Service Center. Units will be energized once the site’s breaker issue is resolved.

Redeployed S19 XP (Former Texas 4 units): Over 200 units have been processed at our Service Center, with about 800 more to go.
