Facility Updates

Indiana 1 & 2: Our Indiana facility partner is moving a portion of the S19 XP units from IN2 to IN1. The first batch of 40 miners has now been successfully relocated to IN1.  As more units are relocated daily, we will provide miner-specific updates on the relocation tickets we have open for these miners.

Ohio 2: We are currently experiencing a partial outage due to a breaker issue at Ohio 2. In addition, on-site technicians are also working on installing ventilation hoods on the new containers. These new containers will be ready for deployment with new miners later this month.

Ohio 3: Our newest facility, Ohio 3, operated by Compass employees, is live and performing well with over 1,500 units deployed.

Oklahoma 1: Approximately 150 miners have been impacted by a transformer malfunction at the facility. Electricians are currently working on repairing the transformer, which is expected to be fixed by the end of the week.

Ontario 1: The facility is addressing heat-related issues with additional fans to improve ventilation. Some older units were removed as part of a retirement program, leaving gaps in the containment plan, which has complicated the heat management issues. We are actively deploying units to fill those gaps.

Texas 4: On-site technicians are currently occupied with three high-priority tasks. These tasks include de-racking units that need to be shipped out, consolidating units into a particular section of the facility, and carrying out site refurbishments in the inactive areas of the facility. We will continue to provide updates as miners progress through the relocation process.

Texas Site Curtailments: Our Texas sites continue to have daily power curtailment events to cope with high grid demands during the summer months. Recent curtailment data suggests the following trends for each Texas facility:

Relocation Updates

Texas 4

S19 XP units: Approximately 1,100 XPs were shipped from TX4 to DSC for cleaning & testing. The DSC is processing ~150-200 units per week. Each unit is being ultrasonic cleaned and inspected before it can be shipped for redeployment. Over 700 units have been processed, with approximately 400 remaining.

Non-XP units: An estimated 5,000 units needed to be shipped out of Texas 4, of which 2,250 units have been packed and sent to Washington for testing and ultrasonic cleaning.

All units will be sent to the Ontario facility, where they will be cleaned and tested before being redeployed. If there are any issues with a customer's miner, they will be contacted through the support portal.

South Carolina

All South Carolina units have been relocated to Texas 5 or are in repair. If your miner is still not online, please submit a ticket here.
