Facility Updates

Indiana 1 & 2:

Multiple curtailments occurred at the sites last week due to increased grid demand. Additionally, recent storms damaged equipment, requiring PSU and exhaust fan replacements. The team is also working to enhance the utilization of the Indiana 2 site.

Iowa 2 & 3:

Infrastructure maintenance is currently underway at the Iowa site, including concrete path pouring, breaker installation, and the connection of containers by a team of electricians.

Ohio 2:

The onsite team observed cooler temperatures last week and is actively replacing fans and performing bolt-on repairs. The installation of mini-pod containers is expected to free up 30-40 rack spaces.

Texas 5:

The facility curtailed for an extended period last week due to cold weather.  Additionally, a PDU issue impacted site utilization. An electrician has been contacted to address the problem.

Texas 6:

Onsite technicians are troubleshooting miners and performing site maintenance to improve overall performance. The team is also inspecting containers with malfunctioning PDUs.

Relocation Updates

Texas 3 & Nebraska 1 Relocation

The relocation of mining units is nearing completion, with fewer than 30 of the over 20,000 units remaining to be shipped for redeployment.

Texas 1 Relocation

Approximately 200 of the remaining 500 Texas 1 miners will be relocated to various facilities this week. The majority of the other Texas 1 miners have already been moved.

Manitoba 2 & Manitoba 9 Relocation

Approximately 400 Manitoba 2 and Manitoba 9 units will be moved to a different Compass facility in the United States.

Ontario 1 Relocation

Customers can now access the next round of swaps on their dashboard. We will share further updates as they become available.
