Indiana 1 / 2:
Due to ongoing deracking and pending redeployments, the facility's utilization has declined. However, the team remains committed to addressing challenges, and we expect utilization to improve as system enhancements and redeployments progress. Additionally, efforts are focused on reducing the backlog in the diagnostics queue.
Nebraska 2:
Bolt-on repairs have been successfully completed, and a thorough cleanup has been carried out at the facility, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient operational environment. As a result, machine utilization continues to improve, reflecting the positive impact of these efforts.
Ohio 2:
The facility continues to improve machine utilization, achieving an average of 97% last week. To further enhance performance, the team is focused on diagnosing miners and prioritizing bolt-on repairs.
Ontario 1:
Machine utilization experienced a slight drop due to ongoing maintenance and tracking activities. However, onsite technicians completed fan repairs, ensuring optimal equipment performance.
Texas 5:
The facility has expanded, and as a result, more miners are being deployed onsite. The site is currently utilizing all available resources. We are optimistic that machine utilization will increase in the coming weeks once the deployments are completed.

Approximately 800 units remain at the Denver Service Center awaiting redeployment to our new site in Texas.
Only 1655 units remain at the Texas 1 facility. These will be de-racked next week and shipped to our new site in Texas.
The Manitoba 2/9 sites will begin relocating on January 5th. The process, including de-racking, transportation, cleaning, testing, and re-racking, is expected to take 6-9 weeks. Miners are expected to return online by March 2025.
